stsadm.exe -o deploysolution -name MasterPages.wsp -immediate -allowgacdeployment -allowCasPolicies -url "http://moss:5894/" -force
Please dont specify -url http://moss:5894/ while deplying the feature.
if you are not add SAFE entry in config file.
